Written notification of intent to cancel registration must be received via email by IRWA Chapter 4 (chapter4@irwachapter4.org) prior to the event date in order to be eligible for a refund.

• 100% refund if notice is received 15 days or more prior to the event date;
• 50% refund if notice is received less than 15 days prior to the event date;
• No refund will be issued for notice received on or after the event date.
