  • As a result of this course, participants will be better equipped to answer the ultimate question, “Do the value conclusions make sense?” This course covers the importance and purpose of reviews in the eminent domain process, the types of reviews used in the marketplace, and the common mistakes found in reviews and appraisals. Sample types of reviews will be presented along with required disclosures, certification and limiting conditions. This course will conclude with an actual case study where participants will apply review techniques to a specific problem.
